We know what is at stake when it comes to working on a client’s home. It is personal. It is their dream and they will be protective of it. We have a passion for assisting in ways to make their dreams come true. We want to help ensure a successful project for you and your client.
Once we have determined a time to meet, we can pre-select materials based on your specifications. We do not align with any one manufacturer or buying group which in turn provides your client with the broadest array of choices to suit their desires – not the other way around.
We are here to serve you! We can assist you in creative problem solving and product research. We address potential installation hurdles and cost saving ideas on the front-end and educate along the way. We prefer to talk about the unmentionables, i.e. seam placement and potential seam visibility with certain products; we address these challenges with ideas; for example, the use of lighting and furniture placement.
We will select the appropriate installation contractor for the job! Our primary installation workroom incorporated shortly after our inception and we have worked with them on a daily basis for over 10 years. They are fantastic master craftsmen experienced in all types of floor covering with an exceptional customer-service oriented approach. We often receive client feedback regarding how much joy and pride they inject into their work. We believe they are the best in the region. We think you’ll agree!
Our objective is to be as thorough as possible before the proposal stage, in our actual proposals, and through the installation and beyond. Our goal is to make you shine. We’ll be behind the scenes taking care of the details, so you don’t have to!
